Once you put in a support ticket we will normally get back to you within 2 to 4 hours but it can take up to 12 hours before you may get an answer. This is not because your ticket is being ignored we want to make sure the answer we give you answers your question. If we cannot answer your question we will ask for more information. There also could be other reasons your ticket has not been answered such as our staff is helping someone else or the ticket has not been received by any of our techs or our techs could be working on the reason you put in the ticket if it is a network, software or server problem. Please be patient as we will answer your question as soon as we have an answer for you.
