If you need information about our accounts email us with detailed information of what you are looking for and your contact information so we can get back to you. NOTE: Emails sent to us from people wanting to sell us things or give us an app or such will be deleted as spam. We do not open links or attachments from anyone. This is due to all the malware and viruses going around. If you are a customer and need to send us an attachment or link you can do this from your user dashboard.

Although we do not have a 24/7 telephone tech support at this time our help desk is open 24/7 with information to help you. If you cannot find what you’re looking for there, please feel free to open a support ticket for existing customers or send us an email with your questions and we will answer it within 2 to 4 hours, but it can take up to 12 hours on rare occasions.  As a customer you will never be charged for tech support and there are no hidden fees. We always remember that not everyone is a tech and understand where you are coming from so, we will work with you until you are satisfied.
