These scam emails are not being sent to help you they are being sent to you so they can infect your computer with malware or viruses and steal your personal information to sell on the dark web or steal your identity. If you receive one of these emails do not reply to them, mark them as spam so they cannot send the next email they will send asking you if you received their email or a follow up email because you never responded. These emails are considered to be spam or scam and 99.9% of the time they are looking for a way to access your website information or infect your computer.
