Are your emails being rejected from other providers?

A lot of us depend on our email to conduct our daily needs. We send emails to others for all kinds of reasons. But sometimes we get back block warnings from some of the email providers telling us that our message cannot be delivered. This to some of us is just something we have to put up with. However if you run a business this can be something that hinders your business and can get down right aggravating. So you do some research to try to figure out the issue and you can find all kinds of answers but never a real solution to the problem.

Do you remember when running a business and website with email was easy? You never had any issues with your email being rejected. Over the past few years there has been attacks on websites that are using out of date software and have security holes in them allowing an attacker to gain access to websites and using them to send out email that collects personal information from unsuspecting individuals. Due to this email providers have started black listing providers that do not control spammers and the result is this.

(This is just one example)

So you contact your provider like this tells you to do. Well the provider can do nothing about this until they get the spam stopped and then has to wait for 24 hours or more for the blacklist to clear the mail server to send again. Meanwhile your email does not work. As a business owner this is not a good thing because now you are down for the however long it takes. If your provider is a re-seller most likely they don’t have access to the mail server or the firewall to the mail server to black list the person causing the spam in the first place so now they have to contact their provider and complain to them that their customers are unable to send out mail due to the mail server being black listed.

Now as a business owner what do you do? You can either take it out on your provider, get mad and cancel your account and go to another provider who may be dealing with the same issues, or you can get another email solution. Most re-sellers will have that option for their customers and most of the time it is at a very low cost and have a guaranteed. Most paid email providers deal in email accounts that are setup so you can make your email look professional with good templates as well as other things to enhance your business email. We have a solution to this and it can be found at this link.  Our Business email provider gives you all the tools to create business emails that will get noticed.

We hope that this article has been helpful We know the frustrations of not being able to get your email sent to here it needs to go.
